It took a couple months because I was basically building it with things that I found like the box itself was some type of side table that I found at the Teen Challenge Thrift Shop also the the back wall is made out of thin plywood that used to be shelving for a CD Rack that someone was throwing away and the door was a cabinet door from a bathroom cabinet...that was also being thrown away : D) I could have just bought a kit iff of amazon but those are $300which is WAY too much and all of those kits where the sane generic house shaped design and I wanted something different.

It's mostly filled with Kids books since those are what I know best and there are a lot of kids in my neighborhood but I've collected a big box worth of book(that I actually have in a big box) and I have a few things that a normal adult might find interesting in there as well.
